If you are planning on selling or renting your domestic property, you will need an EPC certificate. You may hear it referred to as an EPC, Energy Certificate or Energy Performance Certificate.

Current legislation states that they last for 10 years. Once the EPC is expired, then you will need a new one if you plan to rent or sell your property.

Many people choose to get a new EPC even if it has not expired. Especially if they have had work done to improve the energy performance of their home. e.g. loft insulation, draught exclusion, cavity insulation.

They range from £75 - £150 and there are additional cost options if you require them. Due to the low price of EPC Certificates, some people choose to get them to help understand how they can better reduce their energy bills and invest to lower utility bills.

We can also bring it up to optimal specification, and/or board all or part of it at the same time.
