Cancellation Policy

At safenestsEco, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and respectful of your time and ours.

Service Cancellations

You may cancel a scheduled service by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with sufficient notice will not incur any charges, and any pre-paid fees will be refunded in full.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the service cost, to cover allocated time and resources.

No-Show Policy

If our team arrives at the scheduled time and location but is unable to carry out the service due to client absence or lack of access, this will be treated as a no-show. No-shows may be subject to a charge of £50. This is reduced to £40 if the access is re-arranged and is successful on the 2nd visit.

Exceptions

We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, please let us know—we’ll do our best to accommodate and waive fees where appropriate.
